Lemon Sorbet Recipe


NOTE(ICE CREAM MAKER NEEDED)

Ingredients
2 Cups Of Sugar
2 Cups Of Water
1 ½ Cups of Lemon Juice Or 6 Lemons
1 tbsp Grated Lemon Zest


  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk sugar and water under medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
  2. Whisk in lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour into an ice cream maker and mix for 30-40 minutes. If desired, transfer sorbet into an airtight container and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm. This recipe makes eight, half cup servings of Fresh Lemon Sorbet.
