Lemon Sorbet Recipe
NOTE(ICE CREAM MAKER NEEDED)
Ingredients
2 Cups Of Sugar
2 Cups Of Water
1 ½ Cups of Lemon Juice Or 6 Lemons
1 tbsp Grated Lemon Zest
- In a medium saucepan, whisk sugar and water under medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
- Whisk in lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour into an ice cream maker and mix for 30-40 minutes. If desired, transfer sorbet into an airtight container and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm. This recipe makes eight, half cup servings of Fresh Lemon Sorbet.
